Honors Program Scholars who were selected as Presidential Scholars, who complete the requirements of the Presidential Scholars Program, who are in good standing and have a minimum GPA of 3.3 at the time of graduation will be designated Presidential Scholars. This designation is indicated on student transcripts and in the Commencement Booklet. Presidential Scholars wear a silver cord at Commencement in lieu of the red cord. This designation is applicable to students graduating in December 2003 or later. No form is required for this designation.
