Nursing Research Opportunities

Dr. Mary J. Dyck
Assistant Professor, Mennonite College of Nursing
Campus Box 5810

438-2547

My overall research focus is on nursing home quality, including administrative issues in the nursing home. Currently, I'm working on several grants to identify educational levels of nursing home nurses and the relationship to resident outcomes and to develop leadership education for Directors of Nursing. The projects will involve literature review, data collection and/or entry, data analysis, and presentation development.

Student Qualities: Communication skills - written and oral, attention to detail, dependable, able to work as a team, data entry skills a plus, nursing student a plus, but not required.
