You may earn a maximum of 15 extra credit points.
All Extra Credit must be turned in to the Honors Office by 4:30 on Friday, December 7.
- Attend your choice of a workshop sponsored by the University Center for Learning Assistance
Workshops at the UCLA include study skills, how to use notes and textbooks effectively, and time management. After attending a workshop, you should write a 1-2 page paper on why you chose this topic/workshop over other options, what you learned, and how it will help you succeed in college. This option is worth up to 10 points.
Registering in advance is suggested, you can do this online:

- Complete a second "Your Choice" option. This option is worth up to 10 points.
- Bring your resume to the Career Center to receive professional feedback. Have a Career Center representative sign your resume and you can earn 5 points.
Extra credit may be turned in at any time throughout the semester, with the final deadline being Friday, December 7.
